A Time for Truth and Courage

  1. Somebody somewhere once said that change of being is not brought about by straining will power – but a long, deep process of unselfing. Maybe only ex-gays will understand that.

    1. The slide of the mainline denominations like the PCUSA and the Episcopal church dates back to the 1920s and 30s when higher criticism was adopted from continental Europe. Once the Bible became another mere human document, and not the Word of God, there was no point in believing it and man became the ultimate auoaerity.Stverhl churches split off from the PCUSA: the OPC, the PCA, the RPCNA, and others, all because of this issue.

  2. Thank you so much Dr. Groothuis for your clarity and love for the gospel. Your lectures and books have been a source of great challenge and courage to me as I endeavor to obey the Great Commandment by making the Great Commission the reason for why I live and move and have my being. You are a treasure indeed. God’s grace be upon you and your wife.

  3. I am grateful for your thoughtful and Scripture based truth. The Church must stand, speak in love and hold to the truth.
